2. Data We Collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the following data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, company name, and message content. On select pages (see section 4), we additionally use a marketing tracking tool if you consent.

3. Cookies

This website uses technically necessary cookies required for its basic functioning. These cookies do not track you across websites and are not used for advertising purposes. No consent is required for technically necessary cookies under GDPR. On the pages described in section 4, we additionally use optional marketing cookies if you have agreed to this in the cookie banner.

4. Marketing Cookies (Meta Pixel)

On the pages of our "7 to Summit" offering (summitloft.com/7-to-summit and all sub-pages), we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited with your explicit consent. This tool helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Data may be transmitted to Meta and transferred to the United States as part of this. The Meta Pixel is only loaded if you select "Accept all" in the cookie banner; you can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. 5. Purpose and Legal Basis

We process contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries). We use marketing cookies such as the Meta Pixel solely on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months after our last correspondence and then deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at office@summitloft.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. No Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is only shared where legally required, or with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited as part of the Meta Pixel described in section 4, if you have consented to this.
